His training programmes targets personal and career development issues including, public speaking, self-discovery, self confident, Decision making, Business communication and other related areas of interest.

Michael Otesanya is a public/motivational speaker, an event compare and the C.E.O of Gmick Creations-an event outfit. He has served in many offices and committees on different levels, currently he is the president of MFM campus fellowship. His philosophy about life is, “put God first in all you do, believe in your potentials and don’t look down in others.

Charles Awachuo is a life coach, Entrepreneur, public speaker and a proposed writer and author. He is a man with a strong desire for true leadership as a selfless service to humanity, and entrepreneurship as a key to creating a sustainable growth in our society.
He is the leading founder of xodus Global Enterprise, also a member of the Drum Network (DNA) master mind group.
He has served as a team leader (twice) in one of the biggest student entrepreneurial organization in the world (ENACTUS UNILAG CHAPTER).
He has built a strong stage presence in his speaking career and has a definition of success as helping other people succeed in what they do.

Basher Mohammed Babajide is the founder of Mohammed international consultancy (MIC) an organisation dedicated to raising leader motivating and mentoring in the core are of leadership.
He is also a public speaker and a member of one of the biggest organizational in the world (enactors unilag chapter)
SECRETARY
Amina Lawal is a resourceful, proactive and analytical person with a strong management skill. She has a vast knowledge of leadership, human resource and public speaking.
She is an undergraduate of English from the prestigious university of Lagos and a graduate of international travel and Tourism from Aeroflyte Aviation School, Oregun, Ikeja.
Her personal values are right living, leadership excellence, accountability and love.
ICT MANAGER
Lawal Eniola Muibat is a writer, a host at events and an aspiring talk show host.
She is a young lady with a unique personality and somewhat hard to define. Known to be chatter box right from her tender age, she successfully combines same with her deep love for writing.
She is a firm believer in ‘self-determination and optimism’. Her love for entertainment and passion for communication provides her platform to reaching out to people.
Eniola runs a regular column titled ‘my thoughts’ with a local newsmagazine. She is a blogger, freelance writer and a co-host of a talk show for a blog.
Directorate on Training & capacity Building
Owolabi Ibrahim is currently a youth legislator in Lagos state youth parliament which serves as a training ground for young people in Lagos in the area of civic and leadership to be future leaders as the future is now and also making their view counts as an input to the policy and legislation of Lagos state.
He has been working in the area of youth development and empowerment even while his was a teenager and he has worked on several projects relating to young people over the past 4 years. He is a member of the International Association of Lions Club and in particular the Leo club which is a youth affiliate of the of the lions club.
Owolabi is one of the Nigeria youngest CEO haven found an organization called Point Networks Integrated Projects with the vision of ensuring that young Nigerians are key to National development and also bring in young people for excellent service delivery. It is very important to highlight that owolabi is a mentor and a role model to many young Nigerians as he is focused with the fact that young people must be useful as we are youthful. He is involved in the leadership of several organizations which includes but not limited to; Junior Chambers International, council of pan-African young public speakers and Toastmasters International.
To crown it all, owolabi is the youngest graduate of The Leadership Institute, Arlington ,VA, United States and he also holds a B.sc in Banking and Finance from Lagos state university, Nigeria, a Certificate in strategic management from the Institute of strategic management of Nigeria, a Certificate in enterprise development from Lagos ignite enterprise TV project. Owolabi has appeared on various Nigeria TV discussing issues relating to leadership and the involvement of young people.
Public Relations Officer
Prince Joshua Oyeniyi is a multiple-award winning writer, public speaker, blogger, entrepreneur, radio presenter and final year student of the University of Lagos. He is passionate about youths and thus employs his skills and means to inspire and motivate them to reach for the zenith of their lives’ ambitions. He is an avid reader of almost anything readable as long as it is considered healthy for the mind. He has also just been nominated to represent Nigeria as a young achieving and influential leader at the Annual Global One Young World Summit at Dublin, Ireland (Octber, 2014) with global leaders as President Clinton, Nobel Laureate Kofi Anan, Richard Branson, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and other global leaders as guests. Amongst the responsibilities and modest achievements of this young man are the following;
--The First Nigerian Protégé of the top American speaker and best-selling author, Dr Willie Jolley (Dr Willey was voted as one of the top 5 Most Outstanding Speakers in the World)
